A leading textile industry group specializing in machinery and components for yarn processing, Saurer will present its machinery brands Schlafhorst, Zinser, Allma, Volkmann, and Saurer Embroidery and Components brands: Accotex, Daytex, Fibrevision, Temco, and Texparts at ITME India 2016, to be held in Mumbai from December 3 to 8. It will present the made in India ‘Zinser Impact 72’ for the first time at the event.
At a length of 2,016 spindles, the Zinser 72 ring spinning machine breaks the 2,000 barrier and sets new standards for efficiency in the commodity segment. The machine cuts production costs by up to 11 per cent and has a footprint that is up to 21 per cent smaller compared with shorter rival machines. The new both-end TwinSuction system, combined with the sensor-controlled OptiSuction yarn break suction system, achieves an energy saving of up to 66 per cent during suction.
Zinser will be using its exhibition booth to present the Zinser Impact 72 compact spinning machine in combination with the Autoconer 6. The Autoconer 6, now with E3 label, sets new benchmarks regarding energy, economics and ergonomics, due to intelligent sensor technology and smart process control.
