To enhance the sportswear fabric performance for its products, Aurro Sports is moving from heavy jackets to light weight jackets which can be used for different purposes.
Mohit Singhal, founder – Aurro Sports, said, “These jackets can be worn for 5 months (from October to February) in a year due to some fabric advancements in the jackets, whereas normally in India the season for jackets is somewhere around three months. Hence, with technological advancement, we are providing customers with the value for their money.”
Being first-of-its-kind in domestic market, Aurro Sports uses 100 per cent imported fabric from Taiwan for its products. The brand is working with fabric suppliers to improve colour fastness, provide better perspiration management and to treat every fabric with UV protection and anti-bacterial properties in order to enhance the performance of apparels, Singhal said.
Additionally, the retailer is also planning to adopt seamless garments as it’s said to be one of the most iconic evolutions in garment manufacturing sector. Aurro Sports has tied up with Hanfor Machinery Co. Ltd and H&H Asia Group Ltd. for seamless garment technology solutions such as, welding and bonding.
“These garments do not have any seams, thus result in less irritation on skin which ultimately provides high seam strength, great level of comfort and better durability than sewn garments,” he added.
Aurro Sports started in January 2016 under its parent company ‘Creative Clothex’ – a sportswear and outdoor apparel manufacturer based in Noida.
