Over 350 exhibitors from 20 countries are expected to witness the 26th edition of Garment Technology Expo (GTE) 2018 at NSIC Exhibition Complex, New Delhi. It will begin from January 19 to 22. It is spread over 70,000 square metres of area and 21,000 visitors are expected across the globe.
“GTE is an unparalleled platform that showcases the technological solutions to improve productivity and quality, cut down turnaround time and save costs for the manufacturers,” the organizers said. The main highlight of the fair will be ‘Apparel 4.0 Conference’ that will throw light on the Industry 4.0 trend being followed by the global apparel industry.
GTE 2018 will mark the presence of suppliers of sewing machines, embroidery machines, laundry equipment, dyes & chemicals, home furnishing machines, spare parts & attachments, laundry and finishing machines, trims & accessories, spreading & cutting machines, quilting/packaging, leather garment machines, IT and software solutions, and digital textile printers from across the globe.
In the 4-days fair, the visitors will be from garment exporters, ordinance factories, domestic manufacturers, and home furnishing manufacturers, traders and suppliers, job workers, institutional and Government bodies, merchandisers, retail chains, shop floor managers and textile designers fashion institutes.
