The Indian innerwear maker Enamor has recently launched the first-ever couture lingerie collection entitled ‘The Boudoir in India’.
Replete with vintage art forms re-created with a modern touch, the luxurious and glamorous range, which is divided into three major styles, is made from high quality fabrics and artistic hand embroidery.
The collection’s Mughal line has taken inspiration from the royal splendor of the magnificent era. A balanced amalgamation of modern edge and classic elegance, the pieces, featuring a golden zari fold and a pretty trinket bow at the front and hand-crafted gold motifs on the cups, are made from a blend of silk, brocade and jacquard materials.
The sweetly feminine yet distinctly alluring Parsi Gara range has been created with soft stretch polyamide fabrics and adorned with the exotic Parsi Gara floral designs based on a dark colour palette. The line includes padded balconette bras featuring underwired cups, detachable straps and contrast trim details.
Commenting on the couture collection, the vice-president marketing Enamor India, Mr. Sandra Daniels said, “A touch of class, a dash of elegance, a hint of glamour, and a blend of distinct cultures. The Boudoir Collection is born from renowned vintage art forms and re-crafted for the modern woman who desires a bit of style, glamour and luxury in her everyday routine. Crafted in high quality fabrics with careful attention to detail, and elegantly draped with artistic hand embroidery, it’s a collection where luxury meets royalty.
Set up in 2003 in Bangalore, Enamor is available across more than 1800 multi brand outlets as well as 250 odd national chain stores and 12 exclusive stores nationwide.
