Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) Corporation, one of the leading American garment companies, has appointed Geraldine (“Penny”) McIntyre to its Board of Directors, increasing the number to 13.
Penny was elected as part of the company’s director succession planning. By bringing her onto the Board at this time, she will be eligible to stand for re-election at the 2015 annual meeting, company sources said.
