Chennai, August 7, 2024 – The Chennai Apparel Association proudly inaugurated the 27th Garment Fair today at the Chennai Trade Centre. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of R. Gandhi, Minister for Handlooms and Textiles of Tamil Nadu, who officially opened the fair. Accompanying him was D. P. Yadav, I.A.S, Principal Secretary to Government – Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi Departments. In a gesture of honor, Organizer President Bharat Sarada felicitated Mr. Gandhi with a shawl.
This prestigious event will run for three days, concluding on August 9th, and features over 350 brands showcasing their latest products. The fair is a significant platform for brands to present their collections and secure bookings in anticipation of the upcoming festive season.
