The American sportswear giant Nike has recently unveiled the latest Spring/Summer 2015 collections for its athletic wears for female consumers.
Created in collaboration with several leading international designers like the Brazilian talent Pedro Lourenço, the comprehensive range is comprised of both performance and athletic wear items like tights, innovative sports bras and other fitness accessories.
Explaining the gradual shift towards fitness activities among women and the brand’s role behind it, Mr. Mark Parker, the President and CEO of NIKE said, “Sport and fitness are powering a new lifestyle shift for women around the world. Women all over the world are choosing to work out and run with Nike. By offering athletes at every level a better understanding of themselves, Nike serves as the direct link between the female consumer and her goals.”
The range was modelled by some 27 of the world’s top athletes, which included, among others, Angelica Bengtsson, Sofia Boutella, Leticia Bufoni, Xue Chen, Skylar Diggins, Marlen Esparza, Allyson Felix, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Joanna Józwik, Sally Kipyego, Daria Klishina, Carissa Moore, Li Na.
Nike specializes in the designing, marketing and distributing of a wide variety of athletic footwear, apparels, equipment and accessories meant for an expansive range of sports and fitness activities.
