The American sportswear giant Nike has launched its 10th clothing and accessories collection in collaboration with the UK-based department store ‘Liberty London’.
Replete with a modernized archival design from the London store and contemporary geometric patterns, the sporty stylish range is enhanced with tonal polka-dot designs laid over a classic floral Liberty Art Fabric.
All pieces from the line features a striking botanical artwork inspired by the entwining patterns of ivy clinging to buildings, Belmont Ivy, with leaf prints subtly displaying the markings of a British one pound note.
Based on a palette of Belmont Ivy Black and Belmont Ivy Burgundy, the collection includes soft marled cotton crew shirts, tapered jersey pants and hooded jackets with printed trims and linings.
The Holiday 2014 Nike x Liberty range is currently available for purchase only at Liberty London and nike.com/sportswear. It will be later sold at select Nike Sportswear retailers from November 28, 2014 onwards.
Set up in 1875, Liberty London sells a wide range of luxury goods including women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, cosmetics, fragrances, jewellery, accessories, homeware, stationery etc.
