The 21st South India Garment Fairs began at Kalinga, Hotel Lalit Ashok in central part of Bangalore, today to help garment manufacturers interact directly with the all India buyers who will make their choice purchases particularly before the coming festivals.
Manohar D Chatlani, Chairman, Soch Group & B. C. Shivkumar, Chairman, Bs Channabasappa & sons Group, davangere has inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of other eminent personalities from the industries.
Several national and local brands set up stalls at the venue to display their products widely to woo the buyers, who have come from different parts of the country.
Organised by the South India Garment Association, the two-day meet from 22nd & 23rd, an yearly event, is expected to draw a large number of agents, wholesalers and retailers and record a ‘good’ business transactions during the two days, according to organiser.
