American clothing brand Aeropostale will use ‘flash mobs’ for its India entry, according to company sources.
Aeropostale, which has scheduled its launch on November seven, will target youth in colleges around the national capital in south Delhi’s Select City Walk mall.
The New York-based brand, popularly known as Aero, plans to open 30 stores and 25 shop-in shops over the next three years and also an e-commerce portal.
Aeropostale will be the latest among foreign brands to open a shop in India. Another American brand, Gap, and Swedish multi-national retail-clothing company H&M recently launched their India operations as they opened their first stores in New Delhi.
