US based menswear brand, Fittersift has debuted shirts made with Responsive Textile Technology (RTT), using 13 thermo reactive minerals specifically selected for their ability to convert body heat into infrared energy.
These minerals are permanently infused into the core fibre converting wasteful energy and body heat into useful energy, thereby delivering bottom line benefits.
More than 60 per cent of the energy we consume through calories, escapes our body as heat, which is more energy wasted than put to use, Fittersift said.
The RTT technology developed by scientists from physics, biology, chemistry and medicine has gone through five clinical trials done by third party institutions and has European CE mark approval and pending FDA approval.
