Swiss textile technology producer, Stäubli will exhibit its latest technology including Type 1681 cam motion and a warp tying machine, Topmatic at the three-day 12th Dhaka International Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition
Type 1681 cam motion has an extremely robust construction and will be shown performing on an airjet weaving machine.
It can as well be used on weaving machines with rapier and projectile weft insertions systems and is available with up to 8 lifting units, at a pitch of 12mm.
“Weavers can easily produce high quality fabrics as the machine assures gentle warp treatment and its automatic and fully integrated leveling device prevents from overstretching the warp and avoids start-up marks,” Staubli said.
Its tying speed can attempt 600 knots per minute and in addition to its rapidity, the weaver profits of its long service life and the important flexibility it offers.
It has a yarn range from 0.8 to 500 tex and is also suitable for warps with or without lease. At the Stäubli booth, Topmatic is being demonstrated on a TPF3 tying frame showing its benefits in tying a denim warp.
