The Woolmark Company is the global authority on wool. Through their extensive network of relationships spanning the international textile and fashion industries, they are content to announce the 2017/18 International Woolmark Prize global final that will held on 9 January, 2018 in Florence.
As the International Woolmark Prize continues to expand, The Woolmark Company has partnered with Fashion Tech Lab whichwill power the new Innovation Award, bridging the gap between new technologies, sustainable innovations and luxury fashion. Fashion Tech Lab CEO and Founder Miroslava Duma will select the inaugural winner of the Innovation Award.
The Woolmark Company reveals the judging panel of industry heavyweights who will select the menswear and womenswear winners for the prestigious fashion award. Continuing to attract wide support from across the industry, the judging panel includes Miroslava Duma, Phillip Lim, Livia Firth, Emanuele Farneti, Sarah Mower, Amber Valletta, Elizabeth Von Guttman, Riccardo Vannetti, Nonita Kalra, Stuart McCullough and Julie Davies, along with representatives from the International Woolmark Prize retail partner network.

12 finalists from 6 regions will compete in the menswear and womenswear category in the 2017/18 International Woolmark Prize global finalists. A major part of the prize is the opportunity for the winners to be stocked in some of the most important boutiques across the world.
