Intex South Asia 2015, the international textile sourcing show of the South Asia region, will begin in Colombo, Sri Lanka from November 16.
The two-day exhibition brings together textile manufacturers and exporters of yarns, apparel fabrics and clothing accessories from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia etc.
Over 150 leading textile suppliers will showcase their contemporary, trendy and innovative spring summer collections to target buyers from SAARC, GCC, Africa and South Asia region, according to organiser sources.
The event is a one-stop sourcing platform to connect with fabric importers, distributors, garment exporters, manufacturers, buying houses and buying agents, retail chains, apparel brands. It provides exhibitors and buyers the opportunity to reap the benefits of the booming 67 billion US dollar Sri Lankan economy, the organisers said.
