E-commerce major Snapdeal has won the coveted Australian Service Excellence Award 2015 for the service excellence category. Snapdeal is the first Indian e-commerce company to receive this award for its high standards of management, training and commitment to customer experience excellence, according to company sources.
The 14th Annual Australian Service Excellence Awards ceremony was held on October 28 in Melbourne. The award is endorsed by the Prime Minister of Australia and is the country’s most rigorous multi industry awards programme, which showcases the highest achievement in excellence.
