Payment Mode and Transaction Details All payments must be made through Credit Card/Debit Card or the mode specified thereby on the site. The User agrees, understands, and confirms that the credit, debit card details provided by the user for availing of services of Indian-Apparel will be correct and accurate and the user shall not use the credit, debit card which is not lawfully owned by the user. The user further agrees and undertakes to provide the correct and valid credit, debit card details to Indian-Apparel. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by Indian-Apparel with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation, or court order. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
