The Spanish fashion brand ‘Mango’ has signed on former French footballer Zinedine Zidane as the face of its Spring/Summer 2015 menswear campaign.
Shot in Madrid by photographers Boo George and María Martínez, the advertorial showcases the 42-year-old in an array of styles from the latest Mango Man collection.
The line includes several casual knit garments replete with geometric prints and patchworks in toasted un-dyed khaki colours. The fashion offerings from the range consist of floral print enhanced bomber and biker jackets as well as cropped trousers in black, grey and white tones.
The collection’s tailored entry features elegant outfits made from an extensive range of fabrics in grey and blue hues. The label’s Man Blacksmith line offers a variety of denim looks, textured sweaters, trucker-style jackets, leather embellished pieces and military-style parkas.
Set up in 1984, Mango has 240 stores in 42 countries. The Marseille-born footballer, who is currently coaching Real Madrid Castilla, played a significant role in France’s 1998 World Cup victory against Brazil.
